December is a very busy month for processing member transactions (especially loans).
To ensure that your request is processed before the Christmas break we would like to inform you of the following processing deadlines:
LOAN APPLICATIONS – Wednesday 12th December 2018
Although subject to application we will aim to process any loan application received online, Croydon or Merton with correct supporting documentation by Wednesday 12th December.
Sutton only: Applications in Sutton will be accepted until Friday 7th December for decision/signing by Friday 21st December
Withdrawal Requests – Friday 21st December 2018
Any withdrawal requests (Including online) will need to be received by 3.00pm Friday 21st December to ensure processing by Monday 24th December.
Payments expected on Bank holidays (Tuesday 25th / Wednesday 26th December) are usually made early and should be available by Monday 24th December.
Payments expected on Tuesday 1st January 2019 should be expected in on Monday December 31st 2018.
We will return to business as usual on Wednesday 2nd January 2019 at 11am.
