Member solutions officer
Title: Member Solutions Officer (ref MSO/0119)
Hours up to: 21 hours per week (Permanent following successful probation period)
Reports to: General Manager
As Member Solutions Officer you will be at the front of our member relations. The role is essential to our business and in order to be successful you will be able to confidently communicate with our members through various channels on a wide range of issues from membership, savings & loans, general & credit control queries.
